In conceptualizing the Fall 2023 Portfolio show, I centered my brainstorming on the essence of design, ultimately settling on the theme of "zest." Drawing a parallel to cooking, where each person adds their unique spice, I aimed for a vibe that is energetic, playful, fresh, and funky. To convey this concept, I curated a comprehensive moodboard showcasing the envisioned colors, typography, textures, and photo treatments. This served as the foundation for creating a cohesive theme across a postcard front, featuring a citrus slice image tailored to each discipline, and headshots. Envisioning the website header, I pictured lively citrus circles spinning and bouncing around. This project exemplifies my adeptness in dynamic and innovative concepting.
